Quality Assurance Lead


Our client, a leading employer in their sector, are in search of a Quality Assurance Lead to work alongside the Quality Manager in their highly reputable team in Co.

Armagh.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Quality Manager in carrying out internal and external audits as per the established schedule and report nonconformances as they arise
  • Carrying out induction training relevant to BRC & GMP
  • Carrying out audits on various materials and GMP as per schedule
  • Ensure that Operatives adhere to company rules and hygiene standards and report any non
- conformances to Quality Manager

  • Assisting with any documentation sign offs
  • Ensuring training/ signing off of relevant SOPs with operatives
  • Completion of paperwork
  • Conducting hourly checks of BRC documents and completing sign offs
  • Assist the Quality Manager with customer complaints as necessary
  • Any other duties as may be required

Essential Criteria:


  • Relevant qualification or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years' proven previous experience of working in a fast
- paced manufacturing environment

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Strong organisational skills to give the team direction

INDUT

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
