We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated insight executive to join our International Education division and help grow the research capability of our Insights & Intelligence team.

This team is instrumental in helping the organisation realises it's strategic ambitions and positively impacting the future of education, worldwide.


About the role


You will be responsible for carrying out a range of research tasks including scripting surveys, processing data, and quality assurance checks, as well as engaging colleagues through targeted communication, impactful reporting, and effective knowledge management.


We are looking for someone to help us investigate and highlight customer, product, market, and competitor insight, working with third party suppliers, agencies, and managing budgets.


Reporting to the head of insight and working in an empowering, supportive, and agile team of insight managers and senior executives, you will support colleagues across the organisation to make research-informed decisions.

You will champion the customer across the business and identify innovative ways of listening to and understanding the international school sector.

You are a highly collaborative, outcomes orientated individual with experience working in an insight or research role and a focus on detail and quality.

You will be confident working with multiple teams, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, through various digital channels as well as face to face, in a proactive and responsive manner.
