What you will be expected to do within your role
- Supporting the development and implementation of people related initiatives including performance management, reward, and training and development.
- Responding to daily enquiries on people related issues and working with line management to get the best out of their people.
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
- Overseeing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
- Supporting HRrelated training programs, workshops and seminars
- Keeping employee data up to date
- Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating managementemployee communications
Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of human resources and employment law
- Leadership and business management skills
- Strong knowledge of the hiring processes
- Sound judgment and problemsolving skills
- The ability to use their initiative
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- The ability to motivate and manage staff
- Professionalism and an overall positive attitude
Job, Salary and Benefits
- Working Monday to Friday hours per week
- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Company laptop and mobile phone

- Company pension (Company contribution 3% as standard).
- Ongoing training & future development (Developmental road map to be completed during probationary review).
Pay:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
