My client, a leading organisation within their industry is currently seeking a Payroll & HR Assistant to join their team based out of Redditch.
Flexible/ Hybrid working is supported by part time hours consisting of 30 hours per week. This company employsmore than 200 people.They have a strong team ethic and are looking for somebody to share their passion in driving the business forward.
Based at the Redditch office with free parking the Payroll & HR Assistant will be working within a team of 3 people you will be responsible for the following:- Payroll
Maintenance of accurate employee files, HR Database and other spreadsheets and databases ensuring our records are up to date at all times in line with business and legislative requirement.
Support with pension administration.Processing of new starters, leavers paperwork, changes of T&Cs etc.
Company cars - general administration and coordination of the company's fleet, along with communications with car fleet provider; invoice processing.
Support in recruitment of personnel and assist in delivery of induction programme when needed.Training and Development
- Maintaining accurate training records and produce training reports
Company Cars
- managing the company car fleet including ordering and returning cars.
Assist in the updating of HR policies and procedures
- Must have experience working within a HR Admin/payroll environment
Understanding of UK employment and Health & Safety legislation
Payroll and tax experience an advantage
IT literate, proficient in all Microsoft Office and/or google chrome tools with advanced Excel skills.
A team player, as well as the ability to work independently
Happy to undertake ongoing training
