_Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader_

Self motivated individual required for the role of Senior Health Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants in a 22 bed residential home for the elderly.

Arrange hospital appointments, liaise with outside agencies and family members concerning all aspects of Service User's requirements, update Care Plans and administer medication.

Great opportunity to progress with further training and Management experience.


Key Qualities:

  • Ability to lead a team of care workers.
  • NVQ Level 3 or above desirable
  • Medication Management and Care Planning
  • Self motivated and able to use initiative.
  • DBS check required

Job Types:

Salary:
£ £12.00 per hour
