Evolve Facility Services was established in 2010 and is one of the largest in-house service providers in the UK, with offices in Widnes, Liverpool, Manchester, Carlisle and County Durham.

The difference you'll make
You'll play a crucial role in providing an excellent customer service to the residents of Riverside Housing properties.

You can plan and organise your work to safely achieve maximum efficiency and deliver excellent results on a consistent basis.

The successful applicant will manage the experience of customers to ensure positive relationships are established and maintained.

So, who are you?

We're looking for someone with a minimum of NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 in an associated building craft, a valid full UK driving license, your own tools and the ability to demonstrate a high level of customer care.

Ideally, you will have previously worked in a social housing environment.
