Office Manager / Project Coordinator


Location:
Newcastle upon Tyne / Hybrid working


Salary:
£25k - £30k

Our client is a tech consultancy firm with an impressive client list, based in Central Newcastle.

The company has a vacancy for an Office Manager / Project Coordinator who is an organised, self-motivated person with excellent communication skills, able to supporttheir growing team and accelerate business growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating projects and supporting the design and research team.
  • Using a range of software and tools, including Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools such as Zoom to ensure effective collaboration and efficient delivery.
  • Onboarding learners and managing records using a learner management system (LMS).
  • Building relationships with clients and organising meetings.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and setting up introduction calls.
  • Supporting instructors in course delivery and overseeing learner activities.
  • Managing social media accounts.
  • Recruiting participants for research studies using our internal customer database and social media channels.
  • Assisting with documentation such as reports, presentations, and proposals.

Skills and Experience:


  • Super smart, ability to grasp new situations and ability to synthesise information.
  • High productivity, strong work ethic, commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Highly selfmotivating and ability to work often without supervision.
  • Excellent spoken English and written English communication skills.
  • Familiar with a range of project management methodologies.

Desirable Experience:


  • Passion for user experience and making things easy to use.
  • Familiarity with the education and training industry.
  • Experience of agile project management.
  • Any experience of Agile / Scrum / Kanban or Prince 2 methodologies would be beneficial.
