My client who is based in Bradford who has over 100 years industry experience is looking for a customer service advisor to join expanding team.

You will be joining a social and friendly office with everyone very much driven to ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service.

What is in it for you?
- £20,000 basic which increases to £21,000 after 6 months

  • Hybrid working after 6 months
  • Up to 14% employer pension contribution
  • 23 days holiday which rises with service
What will you be doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to policyholders
  • Make policy amendments
  • Working within SLA's
  • Keep the CRM up to date
What we are looking for?

  • Previous over the phone customer service experience
  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
