Our client are looking for an outgoing individual to join the team and provide administrative support for the client facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate person
- Post distribution upon delivery and ensuring ready for collection each evening
- General tidiness of reception area
- Generating PO's
- Updating spreadsheets
- Filing
- Adhoc tasks to assist the PR team, Media Buyer and Client Services team
Key attributes
- Ability to multitask and work to set deadlines, managing own workload
- Administrative skills ability to use Word and Excel proficiently
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional and personable telephone manner
