Overview
At EVIOS, we're on a mission to make Electric Vehicle (EV) charging as simple and smart as possible.

By creating truly intuitive products that allow EV drivers to charge their vehicles at home and work, we are changing the game in the industry as it enters mass market.

Based in Stewartby (between Milton Keynes and Bedford), we manufacture our charge points in-house and have a team of highly qualified electricians to install our charge points across the UK.

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support all Accounts Payable functions, as well as supporting the Finance team, and wider organisation with various key administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable
Processing supplier invoices and dealing with queries
Reconciling supplier statements and ledgers
Employee expenses
Posting credit card statement and reconciling
Implementing new purchase ledger processes and approaches
Assist in reconciling the Balance Sheet
To assist with various bookkeeping activities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Minimum two years AP experience
Numerical and analytical
A cando attitude with a flexible approach, a multitasker with strong attention to detail
Sage 50 experience is desired
AAT qualified or working towards is desired
Able to work well under pressure both alone and in a team environment
Able to communicate effectively and with a high standard of professionalism and integrity
Able to manage own work and prioritise as necessary

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
