Description

Due to substantial new contract wins, we are expanding rapidly and recruiting for an Area Team Leader for within our Retail Team

The Role


This will be a hybrid role, that requires an experienced window cleaner with leadership skills and experience to oversee a small team of 6 Retail operatives, as well as cleaning retail stores in the Woking area.


This position reports to the Account Director for Retail and will be assisting with quality control audits, team administration duties and achieving KPI targets for your team.

SWC are one of largest National window cleaning companies in the UK.

This role within the retail division covers the Retailcustomers, based on the high street and within retail shopping parks - and includes Coffee shops chains, restuarant grops and other well known shopping brands.


Job Specification

  • Core hours of work are: Monday to Friday
- (Overtime would be available occasionally)

  • Employees are required to be flexible to the business needs.
  • Previous window cleaning experience required
  • Company van with fuel card supplied
  • Must have full UK driving license
  • Full Equipment and Uniform supplied

Salary:
£28,000.00 per year
