**Who we are: As part of the Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO) team, this role will be accountable for planning and implementation of new regulatory requirements in the international jurisdictions (i.e outside US), covering the external vendor and inter-affiliate framework. Drives change management processes to achieve third party management consistency and regulatory compliance. Embed an effective risk management culture while meeting relevant regulatory and legal requirements. Interprets regulatory changes and enforces their implementation in a way that achieves results while satisfying the requirements of relevant regulators. Independently enacts policies to achieve results that satisfy the requirements of relevant regulators. Drives the development and implementation of a consistent and robust processes to sustain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, providing transparency and comfort to stakeholders in both affiliates and lines of business, while ensuring continued high levels of service delivery. Define and drive implementation of the strategy and direction for external vendor and inter-affiliate regulatory compliance governance, control, and risk related matters.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Supports the ongoing development of the ESO framework with a focus on all applicable regulatory requirements, developing materials from regulatory guidelines into workable and measurable training and support solutions.
  • Independently manages and delivers solutions to ESO requirements.
  • Regularly engages with senior stakeholders to understand and drive compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards across the ESO programme.
  • Maintains an overview of all interactions with relevant stakeholders in coordination with the ESO management, and control functions. Ensures appropriate and up to date documentation exists and is accessible and fit for purpose.
  • Develops and owns strategies for efficient implementation of key ESO policies, processes, and systems. Directs the day to day interactions with functional stakeholders including Legal, Compliance and Risk to ensure ESO processes are developed and maintained to a standard that is acceptable to regulators.
  • Leads regular meetings to assess the quality of the ESO framework delivery and discuss any other relevant topics in relation to the third party services with ESO group, and stakeholders from affiliates. Ensures more junior professional staff are managing tasks with appropriate measurement and management tools and other related documentation. Designs and enforces a consistent approach to third party management across jurisdictions and legal entities. Communicates robust global metrics and reporting on third party activities to senior management.
  • Leads regular meetings to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan and corrective actions/steps for the most effective, efficient, and timely implementation of regulation.
  • Maintains an overview of the interactions with relevant regulators on all third party matters relevant to the external vendor and interaffiliate population in coordination with senior management, Legal and Compliance.
  • Ensures appropriate changes to regulatory requirements are identified and responses and new ways of working are developed to maintain a positive control on global regulatory governance. Drives the design and implementation of an information repository to hold required third party information.
  • Uses existing strong strategic relationships with all key stakeholders such as Business and Legal Entity Managers and all key stakeholders and vendors to produce favourable conditions for ESO and ensure global regulatory compliance. Works closely with senior contacts within the ESO group to present a single "client face" to global customers.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

Experience:


  • Relevant years of total work experience preferred
