Title:
Transport Administrator / Nights Administrator

Our Client based in Brimsdown is currently looking for Administrators to join their Transportation Office team. £14.86 per hour. They provide excellent training and long term positions with the possibility of a permanent position after a successful trial period.
Our client operates Monday to Sunday working 4 12 hour shifts. The site is easily accessible by public transport and has ample gated parking.


Night shift

  • Sunday/Monday/Thursday/Friday
  • Hours are 19:00 07:00

Pay:

- £14.86 per hour
- £22.49 after 40 hours


Duties will include:


  • General admin functions:
  • Build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered
  • Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management
  • Drivers brief and debriefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI'S
  • Respond to customer queries in timely and professional manner

About You:


  • Knowledge of transport legislation and European Working Time Directive as well as Tachomaster preferable but not essential
  • Strong administrative background with excellent IT skills including MS Apps; Excel and Word
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members and department
