The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Branch Assistant to join our team at Jewson East Kilbride (G74 5BT)
This role is a part time position for (20 hours) per week.
This role is working with
Jewson East Kilbride part of the STARK Group. We are a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe.

This is a permanent part time position.
What will I be doing in the role?
Our Branch Assistant is an important contributor to the performance of the business and to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us.
- Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and crossselling.
- Booking in stock and general admin ad hoc duties, using internal IT systems.
- Build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
- Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
- Serving customer on the trades counter
- Managing stock and keeping the branch clean and tidy
