Pensions and Investment Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator

Based Horsham

Salary up to £35,000 depending upon experience

Are you currently working as a Wealth Planning / IFA Administrator and looking for your next challenge?
Then we have the role for you


The role/company
Our client is a highly successful wealth planning company with purpose built offices based in Horsham (parking available)

They are now looking for a Wealth Planning Administrator to join their team

**Key responsibilities of the role:
- *
  • Submit pension and investments to providers online
  • Planning ahead and getting everything ready for their client meetings
  • Working closely with the Advisers to ensure clients are offered exceptional care
  • Contacting existing clients to organize their annual reviews and booking into the Advisers diary
  • Chasing Providers, sending out LOA's, processing new business

  • The Hours are 9am5pm
  • Salary up to £35,000
