Recruitment Consultant - Financial Markets


Anson McCade is a specialist executive search and consultancy firm specialising in the Technology and Capital Markets sectors, and work with a variety of companies from innovative start-ups to global household names.

Our Cap Markets team work exclusively with global Trading Houses, Fin-Techs, and Crypto/Digital Assets Market Firms.

We speak with some of the brightest people in the financial industry across Maths/Computer Science/Statistics/Engineering, for some incredibleQuant Developer/Tech and trading type of opportunities.


Currently we are looking for driven individual to join our team of experts in London as Graduate Research Consultant with direct exposure to senior leaders/MD at our client's organisations.


The role;
The Graduate Research Consultant role is extremely varied; you will learn new skills and build on them every day.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:


  • Executive search
  • Senior level headhunting to find talents
  • Corporate landscape mapout of the industry/ researching market trends and industries
  • Providing an understanding of career opportunities in the markets we serve

Do you have what it takes?


Good understanding of the Financial Markets functions, or ability to pick up technical concepts in Capital Market space is also essential.
