Evolve is currently recruiting for a well-established Healthcare organisation currently expanding their sales team.

As part of their growth, our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to promote their Parental Nutrition and Homecare servicesinto key customers across London and South East England.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation with fantastic career progression and a supportive culture.

Ideal Requirements

Ideally you will have a clinical or nursing background with current customer facing experience.
Proven experience developing new business within hospitals or in a healthcare environment.
Ideally a degree or Registered Nurse qualification.
Minimum of 5 years Healthcare sales experience.
Financial training to be comfortable with handling P&L information.

Role Responsibilities

Achievement of territory sales and profitability targets.
Communicating and reporting to management and colleagues where required in an accurate and timely manner.
Keeping abreast of changing market needs, sales trends and being proactive in implementing retention and growth strategies to address these.
Providing team support and working for the combined corporate goals not just individual territory achievements.
Completion of and contribution to additional project's set by the management team.

Role Specific Competencies

Good organisational and timemanagement skills.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Selfmotivated but able to work as part of a team.
IT competent and able to use Microsoft programmes.
