Holiday Park | Accommodation Available (Not on site but 5 min walk away)

£24,000 plus commissions (commission structure TBC at interview stage)

No facilities on park


We have an excellent position available for an out going and charismatic Holiday Home Advisor at one of our clients stunning holiday resorts in Cumbria.


This position will see you maximising sales of holiday homes and working within a small team of sales advisors in order to create potential buyers with their dream holiday home.

This is a fantastic environment and industry to work within and the role will see you working within one of our clients' beautiful holiday home parks set in the region of Cumbria.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Being a motivating team member within a small group of holiday home sales advisors
  • Maximizing sales for the resort and selling either luxury lodges or caravans
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensure your buyers are well looked after
  • Adhereing to and promoting the Company Values along with Company best practice and legal compliance
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with owners, holiday potential homeowners, internal and external customers
  • Gaining feedback from new buyers and acting accordingly
  • Resolving customer queries by using a positive approach and putting yourself in the customers' shoes
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with customer concerns and compliments following the company guidelines
  • Maintain a continuous positive dialogue with customers to ensure the sale of holiday homes is supported from initial transaction to final delivery and handover including a full and final check on all relevant documentation
  • Monitor and help proactively resolve any after sales complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Encouraging potential upgrades and upselling to potential buyers
