Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide the Marketing & Business Development (BD) team with relevant market data, perform topical research and oversee the company's market intelligence platforms, as well as to assist with database and documentation management.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Analyse market data from a variety of industry sources, including subscription services and public feeds, and communicate relevant information to the Marketing & BD Team.
Compile relevant reports for travel, events and marketing campaigns.
Carry out data entry and management in the company's CRM system.
Generate and analyse appropriate reports in the company's CRM system.
Manage Marketing databases (on and offline).
Review and update company marketing materials, both in print and digital.
Develop and manage document templates.
Assist in executing internal communications, teambuilding events, and charitable and wellbeing initiatives.
Manage subscription services such as data intelligence sites, membership organisations.

Qualifications & Experience

Excellent IT and research skills (essential)
High proficiency in MS Office, including developing document templates (essential)
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and/or InDesign (preferred)
Knowledge of Apple software: Pages, Numbers and Keynote (preferred)
Experience in working in an office environment and undertaking admin tasks (preferred)
Exceptional work ethic and unquestionable character, particularly regarding handling sensitive and confidential information
