Customer Service advisors have a very exciting role to play in the terminals, building rapport with our customers, providing them with an enjoyable journey, sharing your knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for our luxurious products.


Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Deliver an individualised world class service experience for every customer
  • Maximise sales opportunities using world class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
  • Demonstrate positive personal behaviours and a cando attitude
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store
What do you need, to be a customer assistant for Team Spirits in the Terminals?

  • Passion about working in a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to the fastpaced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Selfmotivation, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract


Salary:
£9.50-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
