Secondary School - Teaching Assistant

Location:
Middlesex, Ashford

Pay:
a day (depends on experience )

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons
Provide additional support to students in small groups or on a onetoone basis
Help to create a positive and engaging learning environment
Work closely with teachers to identify and support students with special needs
Assist with the preparation of materials and equipment for lessons
Support classroom management and discipline

Qualifications:

- school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and approach to work
A passion for education and helping students succeed
