Description
This innovative tech leader is now looking for a highly skilled and motivated BMS (building management systems) Technical Support Engineer to provide customer service and technical assistance to their customers and colleagues.
The role will be based from home with onsite visits to client sites and the occasional outside of normal hours working.
Package:
- £40,000 -£55,000
- 10% company performance bonus

As a BMS Technical Support Engineer your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical assistance to end user requests,
- Diagnose customer issues and provide a solution in a timely manner.
- Be ready and willing to test out software, report bugs, and stay uptodate with latest changes
- Prepare and improve training material and technical documentation.
- Provide highlevel training courses, both remotely and onsite,
- Understand BAS terms, concepts, and usability.
- Provide onsite technical assistance when required.
- Must be analytical and possess excellent problemsolving skills.
- Confident decisionmaking skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills,
- Must have BAS/BMS experience
