i-teachers are currently working with a highly regarded secondary academy based in the Leicester area who are eager to find a warm, compassionate and committed Pupil Support Assistant to plan and conduct 1:1 & small group SEN support sessions for students in their KS3 & KS4 department following a tailored Education Health Care Plan in a full-time role for the academic year.

Pupil Support Assistant - Role Information:

Learning Support Assistant
Located in Leicester (LE7)
Based in secondary academy
Paid £450 per week during term time (before tax)
Monday to Friday role am to 15.00pm
FREE online CPD courses available
SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group SEN support sessions
Working with students based in KS3 & KS4 department

Role beginning ASAP

Ending July 2024

Pupil Support Assistant - Applicant Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
Strong academic background
Prior experience working children or adolescents
Good organisation and communication skills
Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
Ability to build rapport with young people
