About The Role:
As the Airside Coach Driver you will ensure the safe transportation and assistance of passengers and flight crew to and from the terminal and aircraft, communicating in a professional manner with customers, airport authorities and colleagues.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role:
- Ensure the timely transportation of passengers and crew
- Ensure vehicle checks are completed and recorded prior to usage
- Ensure equipment is checked for safe usage prior to use.
- Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles both inside and outside and that they are clear of rubbish
- Assist with the PRM operation when required
- Maintain current, accurate knowledge of SSOW's and carries out tasks as advised in SSOW
- Ensure equipment such as cobuses are checked for safe usage prior to utilisation
- Actively report near misses and ensure any accidents or injuries are reported
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- A full driving licence
- Must be able to obtain an airside pass
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and reliable with a conscientious approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to work shift work including nights and weekends
