  • Solent Academies Trust is seeking to recruit a professional, effective, and conscientious individual to join our growing HR team. The post will work flexibly across our schools in Portsmouth and West Sussex with the main office base at Littlegreen Academy.

  • The Recruitment and Admin Officer will provide recruitment and administrative support to our five special schools.
  • You will ensure the smooth running of the recruitment and selection process, working closely with the Trust HR Lead, Senior Leadership Team and Principals. You will be responsible for administering safer recruitment checks for all new staff in line with the Trust's robust safer recruitment processes, and for ensuring that our HR records are accurate and compliant with current legislation.
