About Our Client:
A top University based in central London with great transport links.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in planning meetings ahead of VIP visits to understand schedules/itineraries.
- Be knowledgeable to provide directions and local area information to students, faculty, staff and visitors.
- Be knowledgeable on how to order taxis when requested.
- Report any faults or repairs needed to rooms and toilet facilities to the Facilities Manager ensuring these are addressed in a timely manner.
The Successful Applicant:
Person specification:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding accuracy with administrative details.
- Ability to work professionally and supportively with university students.
- Commitment to high quality undergraduate student support.
- Ability to respond calmly to urgent or conflictual situations.
- Sensitivity to students who are struggling or vulnerable.
- Relevant experience in an administrative role.
