Do you want to help produce the Citadel Paint range in a fast paced production environment? Are you driven by efficiently producing high-quality products? Are you thorough enough to make sure the job is done properly, down to the last detail? If this sounds like you, read on for more detail

We're looking for production operatives to ensure that the Citadel Paint range is made efficiently to the highest standard and orders are delivered on time, in full.

Running the paint filling machines to the agreed standard will form the majority of your working day.

You'll be keeping the team up to date on the status of production helping others to be in the right place at the right time.

You'll also help with other operations in the cell to make sure everything is made on time to the highest standard.

All staff are asked to always look at how we can improve the thing we do and this job is no exception.

You will engage with the continuous improvement process, actively contributing suggestions and helping to implement solutions.

Doing all of this in a safe environment is essential - ensuring that all best practice and Health and Safety policies are adhered to is everyone's responsibility.

About You

You'll need to always be in the right place at the right time to make sure all the products are produced correctly without getting damaged.

Working as part of a team, you will understand the impact of your actions on people as well as processes.

Your ability to stay positive and have productive conversations with appropriate people will be integral to your success. To be really successful you'll need to make sure you are always calm and effective at all times.
