Description

This would be a great opportunity for someone administration based looing to move and develop their administrative and learn accounting skills.

This role would include sales ledger processing, managing Export documentation, being responsible for maintaining clean ledgers, communicating with customers, hauliers and colleagues/managers in order to resolve issues and queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Raising sales invoices and credits maintaining the sales ledger
  • Creating Export Documents (CMR, Despatch notes, Export invoicing, CHEDS & Health certificates )
  • Complete paperwork for all dispatches leaving site and upload Exports documents on TSS
  • Provide production figures & load breakdowns to customers & ABP sites
  • Reconcile stock levels on and off site
  • Assist in weekly and monthly reporting
  • Transport planning
  • Holiday cover for Accounts Assistant

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sturminster Newton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
