Description

A great opportunity has arisen to work in a busy Neuro Rehab Unit (Floyd Unit) as part of the Neuro Rehab MDT as a Senior Assistant Psychologist.

The role will be supervised and guided by a Consultant Neuropsychologist and will involve a variety of psychological and neuropsychological work with the post holder carrying out specific elements of Neuropsychology care plans.

The work will include psychological therapeutic work, cognitive assessment, cognitive rehabilitation, and contributing to some behavioural support work.


It is a 12 month contract and the role will provide valuable experience for those aiming to do the Clinical Psychology Clin Psy D in future.

The successful applicant will be a valuable member of the Neuro Rehab MDT, the North Area Team and the Department of Neuropsychology at Salford.
