Role & Responsibilities:

As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the EMEA Finance Product Group Lead, this role will be accountable for value delivery and value realization for EMEA finance technology products within the region.

This role will own the vision and prioritization of new features and enhancements to EMEA finance technology products and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories within the region.


As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and digital expert in finance technology within the region, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for employees within the company and for external talent.

This role will also be responsible for regionally activating large-scale, high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives within EMEA and driving outcomes that matter in our local markets related to EMEA finance technology products.

This role will actively feed local/regional demand to global technology leads and product owners. This role will manage cross-functional and self-organizing teams to drive agile ways of working and high-quality product delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Shape the EMEA finance technology vision/roadmap and steer squad(s) in delivering technology product/platform features oriented around the business impact
  • Lead continuous improvement across the EMEA finance technology product lifecycle and drive engagement with third parties to support the delivery of squad(s) objectives
  • Understand the latest technology trends in the financial technology field to inform technology product roadmap within the region
  • Drive selection of solution options in collaboration with business partners within the region
  • Prioritize a backlog, utilizing technical expertise and understanding of customer needs, to translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria for EMEA finance technology products/platforms
  • Work with the business to channel the "voice of the customer" within the EMEA finance technology product squad to ensure the squad "builds the right thing"
  • Manage resources for EMEA finance technology product squad(s), onboarding new team members
  • Define & track EMEA finance technology OKRs
  • Work closely with business partners and technology team members to establish the business case and supporting communications and enduser outreach necessary
  • Work closely with engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery, and assess technology elements prior to user testing within the region
  • Owns EMEA finance technology reporting and performance analytics to monitor sprint metrics and user results
  • Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; lead and optimize the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadences

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology project/product management, engineering, UX, or related field
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, and supporting industry principles
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision by leveraging expertise in product development, engineering, and UX
