Hybrid is Available after Training.
Our busy and growing client based in Manchester is looking to recruit a new Customer Service Advisor to provide specialist customer support.
Responsibilities include:
Speaking to customers, dealing with inbound/outbound calls answering queries etc.
General administration duties.
Navigating the system, and data entry tasks onto the system.
Has experience within customer service role.
Great communication skills
Proactive and ability to manage a high workload.
Is keen to join a growing business with progression.
