The Leader Group are looking for an experienced Manager to lead the team in Runcorn.

Working for a National Leader in the field you will receive an excellent level of support from the Regional Manager.

About you

  • Significant experience working in a Children's Residential setting
  • Previous Management experience as either a Deputy or Service Manager
  • A good understanding of OFSTED regulations and SCCIF guidelines
  • Indepth knowledge of SEMH/EBD and other complex and challenging behaviours
  • Full UK Driving licence and a vehicle that can be used for business purposes
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Children's Residential (desirable)
The role

  • Responsible for the leadership, management and direction of the home
  • Taking an Operational lead on all safeguarding matters
  • Responsible for training, advising and the supervision of the team
  • Willing to go above and beyond to ensure have a positive childhood experience
