We are currently seeking a talented
Advert Production Controller/Designer to produce magazines, advertisements, event material and associated products and services to the highest quality, adhering to departmental policies and guidelines whilst maintaining strong client relationships by providing a high level of service and meeting their needs.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Planning, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

To be organised, plan ahead and work to clear schedules to achieve deadlines required.
Makes best use of time and resource available.
Remains focused and clam under pressure and is responsive in a positive manner to last minute demands. Is willing to change processes as and when necessary.
Keeps track of progress against deadlines and sees things through to completion on time. Identifies issues early and proactively consults with the Production Manager and/or other departments for a quick and easy resolution.
Focuses on customer needs and strives to satisfy these by paying attention to detail.
Sets high standards and is committed to achieving 100% accuracy at all times.
Takes actions to build customer and colleague loyalty, to meet their needs and builds effective working relationships between departments.
Keeps others informed of progress and communicates clearly, confidently and fluently.
Uses technical knowledge appropriately when communicating with others.

Information Handling & Providing Solutions:

Knows where to acquire relevant information, checks facts retrieve data and absorbs information quickly. Anticipates issues, identifies underlying causes, and consults appropriately to produce solutions.
Exceptional creativity and innovation plus take active steps to learn about technological advances. Keeps team members advised and updated with modern technologies required for best practice.
Excellent time management and organisational skills together with accuracy and attention to detail. An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
Continually seeks to improve the service offered by production.

Design & Creativity

To produce all files for print, online or other as requested by the sales, marketing teams, clients and relevant individuals to the highest possible standard. Plans concept by studying information and materials supplied and prepare finished proof.
Completes projects/proofs by date required with a professional approach to time and deadlines.
Using exceptional creativity and innovation with accuracy and attention to detail to produce final files.
To have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment and to review final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
