HR Officer (Maternity Cover)
Our client, a local leading engineering firm based in Tyrone are in search of a
HR Officer to join their ever-expanding team
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee Database ensuring accuracy at all times of new starts, leavers, change to terms.
- Administration of the weekly payroll and issuing HR documentation including offer letters, terms and conditions of employment and general correspondence.
- Produce regular reports for HR Manager, other managers and for Management Meetings
- Be responsible for completion of the annual and three yearly employment reviews for submission to the equality commission
- Leading and supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures as required
- At least 4 years' experience
- Strong IT literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and can work using own initiative
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
