HR Officer (Maternity Cover)
Our client, a local leading engineering firm based in Tyrone are in search of a
HR Officer to join their ever-expanding team


Main Responsibilities:


  • Maintain employee Database ensuring accuracy at all times of new starts, leavers, change to terms.
  • Administration of the weekly payroll and issuing HR documentation including offer letters, terms and conditions of employment and general correspondence.
  • Produce regular reports for HR Manager, other managers and for Management Meetings
  • Be responsible for completion of the annual and three yearly employment reviews for submission to the equality commission
  • Leading and supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures as required
  • At least 4 years' experience
  • Strong IT literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and can work using own initiative
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CIPD (preferred)
