Be the responsible officer for an overarching programme of delivery projects for Better Births for Derbyshire ensuring their full successful delivery in a timely fashion and with a focus on delivery; Take the lead for the development, planning, facilitation, monitoring and communicating progress of project and programmes related to the delivery of Better Births in Derbyshire - ensuring that additional activities are initiated wherever gaps or risks are identified; Ensure that programmes have robust governance systems in place to support delivery - coordinating the Maternity Transformation Board meetings; Work in a proactive and supportive manner with key stakeholders, challenging health and care partners to deliver the project/s in the most effective, efficient and qualitative way for patients and their care; Ensure effective links between the Maternity Transformation Programme, and other key programmes of work that are part of the Joined Up Care Derbyshire; Manage the business development and service improvement aspects on the projects, including developing and managing the business plans, progressing and reporting risks and issue management; Liaise with NHS England and work with them on data and information requests to support the monitoring of progress and sharing of learning - managing all required corporate business returns; The post holder will support the Senior Responsible Officer and wider team (including clinical leads) to ensure that work streams and projects are planned, managed and delivered effectively;
