Careersolve are working with a growing, specialist company is seeking to recruit a
Project Administrator to join their fast-paced team based on the Team Valley.
The successful
Project Administratorr will be able to demonstrate previous administrative experience along with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Salary is up to £25,000 (Depending on experience)
Project Functions
- CRM Project Setup and Work Completion Certificate Generation
- Sales Order Contract Execution
- Administration of design documentation, circulation & Client Issue
- Arranging prestart meetings, preparing documentation & issue of minutes
- Raising of all project Purchase Orders
- Raising of all Sub-Contract Orders & maintaining Logs
- Stock material requests & replenishment (where required)
- Management of the administrational process for all projects in your team
- Provide programme updates into the central programme
- Create, print and deploy all site files for the Project team
- Assisting the Project Management team with the management and reporting of all Key Stages & documentation
- Raising of all subcontractor payment certificates for sign off by the Project Manager
- Dealing with all invoice queries
- Weekly time sheet validation against project & payroll processing
- Producing weekly cost reports for all projects within the team and tracking profitability
- Organising surplus material returns to the suppliers
- Create project Files
- Scan & Filing of all project returns
- Responsible for the upkeep of business logs
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
