Job Description:


Turner & Townsend's corporate real estate project management team have an opportunity for an experienced project co-ordinator to join our London office.


You will support the Project Managers in their goal of realizing all projects on time, within budget, and to scope through the most efficient use of resources.


This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person to join a highly successful consultancy and contribute to our future growth with high-profile regional projects, working with local, national and global clients.

  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to promote trust and positive relationships to drive success

  • Support projects operations in evolving process and reporting needs
  • Work closely with key business partners within the organization to drive and maintain processes
  • Identify roadblocks and present creative solutions
Be action oriented and show energy for the tasks which may be challenging.

C Results

  • Provide administrative support for project scheduling, meetings, and reporting.
  • Create and submit project Briefs for review by the Project Lead and the Center Program Management team.
  • Coordinate and manage RFPs, contracts, construction documents, specifications submittals, and RFIs.

Qualifications:


  • Experience of coordinating Real Estate construction projects
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel
  • Resilient, cando attitude
  • Diligent with a great attention to detail
  • Confident to directly approach clients/consultants when required
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
