£22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
Our client, who is a reputable local Estate Agency are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To provide administrative support to the members of the Sales/Lettings Team
- Answering phone as required and dealing with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages
- Archiving electronic records and files and general file administration
- Be responsible for general office housekeeping
- Liaising between vendors/landlord's and applicants/buyers
- Updating our software system
- Liaising with credit referencing agency
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A minimum of 1 years experience within Administration
- A polite, wellmannered individual
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good team player
- Excellent administration and time management skills
- Strong IT skills
- Microsoft Office, databases, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
