We are seeking Criminal Justice/Bluelight Consultants with hands-on experience in the criminal justice or bluelight sector.

This role is ideal for someone who has served in the police force, national probation service, prison service, social work, youth offending, or emergency services.

The consultant will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects, bringing frontline experience to enhance our service offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your frontline experience in the criminal justice/bluelight sector to inform and guide project strategies.
• Engage in research and report writing, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, as well as prepare training materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Travel occasionally to client sites or for project requirements (travel expenses subsidized).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of our consulting practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the criminal justice or bluelight sector (e.g., police, probation, prison service, social work, youth offending, emergency services).
• Strong skills in research and report writing.
• Confidence in hosting training sessions and developing training materials.
• Ability to travel as needed for projects (with subsidized expenses).
• Business, management, or consulting experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A commitment to delivering highquality, impactful work.
