Senior Sales Representative

We're seeking a Senior Sales Representative, for one of our customers, a leading provider of mission-critical water and waste-water treatment solutions, offering a broad portfolio of products, services, and expertise to support industrial, municipal and recreationalcustomers who value water.

This position will be hybrid and based in middle or southern Germany, ideally.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Identifying, screening and building sales channels through resellers and system integrators.
  • Planning and leading complex negotiations with customers.
  • Present the full range of the company's disinfection products and services to customers while ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met.
  • To achieve sales and profit targets, you will initiate appropriate marketing activities in cooperation with the technical departments.
  • You will develop technical and solutionoriented standard, and project offers in close cooperation with the specialist departments and bring them to a conclusion.
  • You will regularly prepare short and mediumterm forecasts on the expected sales development.

Main Requirements:


  • You are strong in negotiation with a convincing demeanour.
  • You love sales, have at least 3 years of experience in the sales field; you are customeroriented and have a quick grasp of the situation.
  • You show enthusiasm and the ability to learn coupled with a strong will to succeed.
  • Working independently and organizing your customer visits are easy for you.
  • You are willing to travel for several days in your sales area as a matter of course.
  • You have sales experience with technically demanding products.
  • You have expert knowledge in the field of water disinfection products.
  • Industry knowledge in industrial water treatment is a prerequisite.
  • A degree in industrial engineering, process engineering or comparable qualification as well as a very good command of English complete your profile.
