The nursery upholds high standards of care and education following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, aiming to prepare children for primary school confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Provide high-quality care tailored to each child's needs.
  • Create a welcoming environment where children feel valued and secure.
  • Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, offering regular updates.
  • Collaborate with the nursery team for a unified approach to early years education.
  • Ensure children's safety, health, and well-being at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the nursery.
  • Comply with nursery policies, regulations, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and caring attitude.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
