Our client are a fast growth ecommerce business.

They are currently hiring a Social Media Manager who will work across the ecom & marketing team to deliver planned social media strategies, driving brand awareness and consumer engagement, You'll be key in driving brand awareness, visibility and credibilitywithin the industry whilst educating and exciting business's customers


Responsibilities:


  • Role will report to Head of Ecom whilst working closely with Brand Managers, you will be required to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
  • Be responsible for and manage the monthly reporting for the social landscape across the brands & retail platform. Tracking campaign performance, social listening, social/ influencer trends and competitor analysis and come up with ways to continually optimiseperformance
  • Create KPI metrics & report to management on the performance of the social media campaigns
  • Lead content calendar planning and create content, work closely with the brand and design team to oversee agency shoots for organic content across the brand's social channels for the category.
  • Develop action plans to grow followers, engage and retain them through engaging with influencers to create content that can be hosted on their own channels or Brand's channels (inc. paid media).
  • Managing paid social campaigns across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook & YouTube.
  • Assist and manage content creative process with the internal design team.
  • Seek out new influencers that would be a good fit for the brands & closely monitor their performance based on KPIs set forth with senior marketing management team
  • Provide input to signoff brand digital assets for owned channels.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance across the brand, to help understand the habits and behaviour of visitors as well as understanding ROI and effectiveness of product spend.
  • Manage the shared and owned Share of Voice Tracker and other social KPIs and regularly feed the teams with social/digital trends (content, formats, influencers, etc.)
  • Be an active participant in the advocacy tribe, ensuring smooth and seamless collaboration across community management, communications, and advocacy.
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies, whilst reporting the outcomes with key learning insights reports to the brand management team
  • Develop, launch and manage new consumer events, competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation and brands
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Undertake audience research
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques and analyse competitor activity
  • Develop & follow competitive landscape matrix
  • Manage budget for social media activities
  • Propose budget for paidsocial marketing space investment
  • Ensure all activities executed are legally checked with internal legal team

You have:

  • Been educated to a degree level preferably on digital marketing
- +2-year Experience in social & influencer marketing roles

  • A track record in creation of high performing influencer brand content and understanding of paid social
  • Experience in social strategy and creative ideas
  • Key understanding of the social platforms
  • Confidence with social analytics
  • Experience in working with and developing relationships with influencers and agents.
