NonStop Care is currently working with a well established authority in the East Midlands, who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Assessment team in First Response Childrens' Duty team.


They have a permanent workforce, with no agency staff over the last six months and Due to having such
high staff retention,you will have the comfort of joining a team with
experienced staff/ management helping you along the way.


They have an
engaged senior management team who will routinely spend time with you to understand the challenges you face and how they can support you in your role / to
achieve your development goals and further your career.



Benefits:


  • Contract/ Fulltime
  • Paid up to £37/hr

Responsibilities:


The team works with families when there is a need for a Child and Family Assessment and work
to effect change and enable the families to build their resilience and wherever possible, remain together.
