Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced night cook to join our team.

As a night cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of recipes during the evening hours.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cook in a fastpaced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Mondays to Fridays and Sundays. Working time is from 9pm until around 2/2:30am on busy days and an earlier finish on not so busy days.

Pay:
£21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
