Customer Service/Sales Coordinator
£24,000-£26,000 per annum DOE

Monday to Friday

8:30am-5pm

Permanent


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Collate orders from customers and post into company CRM system
  • Print picking sheets for customer orders for warehouse to pick
  • Raise delivery schedules and paperwork for drivers.
  • Organise customer returns and credits
  • To liaise with factory staff within the factory environment when required.
  • Production data imputing
  • Liaise with own van drivers in relation to customer deliveries and queries, including route planning
  • Book transport collections for pallet network deliveries and print paperwork for warehouse
  • Raise courier bookings with DPD and print paperwork for warehouse
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, be the first point of contact
  • Resolve customer queries politely and professionally, providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Understand company product and services to sell to customers
  • To fully learn and investigate the company system to maximise its capabilities

Key skills:


  • Previous experience within a similar role/environment desirable
  • Flexible and open to learning
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Professional but with a great sense of humour
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
