Are you an experienced Administrator, looking for a new challenge with an independent, well-respected Estate agency?
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join their close-knit team in Deddington.
Working Hours:
- Full time
- Monday to Friday 9.00 am pm
- Saturday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on a rota basis.
Our client is offering the successful Branch Administrator:
- Up to £27,000 Basic (DOE)

Requirements for the role of Branch Administrator:
- Minimum of 1-year admin experience
- Estate agency experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer and Microsoft software knowledge
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Full UK driver's licence and access to own vehicle
Branch Administrator tasks include but are not limited to:
- Providing support for Colleagues and management
- Delivery of outstanding customer service
- Actioning inbound calls
- Being the first point of contact for inbranch customers
- General admin
- Conducting viewings when required
