The ability to demonstrate you have worked with Young People and or Children within a challenging environment is desirable.
Salary:
Up to £32.4K including sleep-in allowance, with an average of 11 per month

This Children's Residential Home provides a tranquil and supportive environment for young people facing challenges. The home accommodates a maximum of three young people and boasts a dedicated and established team.

Main Duties:
- Work collaboratively as a team member to provide young people with various activities, support, care, and guidance using a positive parenting model.
- Follow guidance from the Team Leader and senior colleagues to ensure the smooth daytoday running of the home, providing structure and appropriate boundaries for the young people in their care.
- Maintain a flexible approach to shift patterns, accommodating changes to the rota at short notice.
- Ensure that all risks are safely managed following company policies and procedures.
- Undertake an indepth quality and bespoke training package.
- Act as an advocate for the young person using a positive parenting model.
- Attend staff meetings and actively contribute to the development and improvement of the service model.
