Are you a Senior Physiotherapist, with a working knowledge of Integrated Network Teams who is keen for development and opportunity?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 12 month position for a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist in South Gloucestershire.

This post will play a pivotal role in optimising our therapy provision with our INT's and supporting the onboarding of new recruits to our team over the forthcoming months.


As the locality clinical lead therapist, you will work closely with operational leads and South Gloucestershire Clinical Leads to support and oversee the therapy provision within the P1, UCR and planned therapy caseloads, collaborating with the broader multidisciplinary team to manage patients with complex needs effectively.

You will be able to provide senior therapy support to the team, and work together to deliver operational priorities, maintaining and supporting therapy training and supervision across the INT workforce.


In addition to the above; the post holder must be able to:

Deliver the teams and organizational objectives to enhance patient care and flow, analyse complex situations and be a senior decision maker in sometimes challenging situations.


You will have knowledge of D2A, UCR and planned therapy pathways as well as the confidence and ability to challenge situations to deliver the best care for our patients.
