Our More Than TV strategy is to create a stronger, more diversified and structurally sound business.
We continue to evolve our strategy to ensure we are well placed to take advantage of the rapidly changing viewing and advertising opportunities and to accelerate our digital transformation.
One of our programmes of work is "ITV Together" - this project is a fundamental part of our digital transformation for our Finance systems, processes, policies, data and reporting.
Our aim is to drive efficiencies into the organisation as we continue the stabilisation phase of Oracle Fusion allowing for more insights and analytics leading to better decision making.
The role
We have a new opportunity for an experienced Global Process Owner to join the ITV Together project in either London or Manchester.
The Global Process Owner position will cover Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and will report into the ITV Together Finance Workstream Lead.
The Global Process Owner will be responsible for the overall design and continuous improvement of standardised global FP&A processes.The design should strive for high levels of automation and standardisation, delivering efficiencies, and enabling data analysis and insight to drive business performance.
The Global Process Owner will form part of a cross-functional team that will deliver improvements in an agile way, working alongside / co-ordinating with the FP&A functions embedded in the business and at Group level.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for the embedding and continuous improvement of "best in class" standard global FP&A processes that fully support the business needs, providing the required insights into financials as well as complying to regulatory and statutory requirements in all relevant jurisdictions.
- Own and maintain process documentation including standard operating procedures and training materials
- Responsible for creating smoothly functioning FP&A global processes, using analytics to provide solid trend data that clearly points out weaknesses and strengths.
- Represent the FP&A process in all businessled system projects where there are finance process change impacts.
- Work with both the ITV Together Finance Workstream Lead and the FP&A Group Director to align process design and operating model.
- Provide expert advice on the system and process implications of change.
- Oversee the change request management process, reviewing and challenging business requirements.
- Responsible for business related policies and procedures, including decision making authority for signoff.
- Identify process efficiency opportunities and recommend a programme of continuous improvement.
- Develop and embed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the process.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualified accountant essential.
- Strong track record of designing and implementing best in class processes.
- Previous experience of using FP&A systems and tools (eg EPM, Hyperion)
- In depth knowledge of the FP&A process area and a strong understanding of external bestpractice benchmarks.
- Experience of designing and developing process maps and activity documents.
- Proven successful project management experience to develop plans and manage risks.
- Ability to reimagine processes with business outcomes in mind, while improving efficiency endtoend.
- Experience of working within SOX or similar regulatory environment.
- Experience in a Global Business Services environment would be beneficial.

- Lean/Six Sigma qualifications and experience preferable.
- Excellent relationship and collaborative skills; building and maintaining strong relationships and working with colleagues to meet shared goals.
- Strong understanding and awareness of automation tools available to make effective investment recommendations.
