PillTime is changing the way thousands of customers receive and can easily and safely administer their often vital daily medications in the comfort of their own home.


The innovative Bristol based online pharmacy are at the forefront of the recent automation of medicine prescription provision and delivery.


We are working hand in hand with the senior team at PIllTime to recruit two full time customer care advisors as they focus on delivering a first class customer experience to all existing and new customers.

At the heart of this drive towards excellence is the customer care team who are passionately leading the way.


This is a great opportunity to join a team of experienced advisors where there is an ongoing focus on coaching and training from the first day you join the team.

Key to success in the role will be ensuring the customer journey is handled in a prompt, informative, effective and supportive manner.


All team members are focused on the accuracy of customer data management through the CRM system and timely and efficient query and problem resolution.

On a daily basis you will work closely with the inbound call handling team.


Each customer care advisor efficiently handles a variety of administration and customer focused tasks throughout the day and will coordinate with other departments across the business.


If you might like to join the team at PillTime then you may work or have worked in a customer facing role either office based or alternatively in retail/hospitality.


You may have some administration that forms part of your responsibilities but if you are comfortable using a variety of IT then the systems and processes can be learnt.


Most important though will be a positive attitude, a desire to learn something new and join a business that is centred around delivering a great customer experience.
